1. Eligibility
To use Joblenslab as a client (employer, company, or representative), you must:
- Register with a valid email address and complete email verification.
- Provide accurate information during onboarding.
- Abide by all applicable employment, labor, and data protection laws within your jurisdiction.
⚠️ Disclaimer: Joblenslab only verifies client accounts through email validation.
We do
not independently verify company registration, business identity, or legal status. Employers/Candidates
are
solely
responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of the information they provide.
2. Platform Use
As a Client, You May:
- Sign up and access the Joblenslab platform after email verification.
- Post jobs and collect resumes directly through the platform.
- Upload resumes in bulk with automated resume parsing.
- Use AI-powered candidate ranking and customizable weighting for key criteria.
- Apply semantic search and smart filtering to identify the best matches.
- Create and manage questionnaires with advanced filter options.
- Add custom fields and use the drag-and-drop form builder for tailored hiring workflows.
- Leverage smart ranking & scoring to evaluate candidates.
- Track applications with the application tracking system (coming soon).
- Receive ongoing support and coordination from the Joblenslab team.
You Agree Not To:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information regarding your company, job postings, or
hiring
intent.
- Use the platform for any unlawful, unethical, or discriminatory hiring practices, including bias
based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics.
- Share, resell, or misuse candidate data obtained through Joblenslab for purposes other than
recruitment.
3. AI Vetting & Matching
- Automated resume parsing and candidate ranking based on customizable criteria.
- Semantic search and smart filtering to identify best-fit candidates.
- Questionnaires and custom fields for role-specific evaluations.
- Smart scoring and ranking tools to compare applicants efficiently.
⚠️ Important: While Joblenslab provides AI-driven recommendations and tools to
assist
in shortlisting, all final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer.
4. Credits & Pricing
- Clients may purchase credits on a pay-as-you-go top-up basis.
- A limited number of free credits may be provided at signup or during promotions.
- Credits are required for candidates shortlisting using AI tools.
- Unused credits remain available until consumed but are non-refundable.
- Top-up credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Joblenslab reserves the right to update credit packages, pricing, or policies, with prior
notice to
clients.
5. Talent Engagement & Compliance
Joblenslab is a connector and platform, not the employer. Candidates are only “employed” by
Joblenslab
if a special EOR arrangement exists, which is separate and optional. Employers/Candidates are solely
responsible
for issuing compliant job offers and contracts.
6. Marketing & Client Showcase
- Consent to your company’s name and logo being featured in Joblenslab’s client showcase.
- May be invited to provide testimonials or case studies.
- If you prefer not to be referenced in marketing materials, you may contact us at

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client and candidate information is handled with strict confidentiality. Joblenslab follows
applicable data protection laws and safeguards all shared information.
8. Termination
- Joblenslab reserves the right to suspend or terminate client access if these Terms & Conditions
are
violated.
- Clients may stop using the platform at any time.
- Unused top-up credits will remain non-refundable and will not be transferable after account
deactivation or termination.
- Any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will remain in effect.
9. Modifications
Joblenslab may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after
updates
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Joblenslab provides AI-powered tools, candidate vetting, and support to assist in the hiring
process, but does not guarantee candidate performance, suitability, or hiring success.
- Joblenslab is not responsible or liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from
decisions
made by clients based on information obtained through the platform.
- Clients acknowledge that all hiring decisions are solely their responsibility, and Joblenslab
cannot be held accountable for the outcome of any employment relationship.
